Cooking has always been a part of my life. Growing up in an Italian family, I learned early that great food is about tradition, patience, and sharing something made with love. Many of the recipes I use today are inspired by those family roots—passed down, practiced, and perfected over time.

What started as a personal passion in the kitchen quickly became something I wanted to share. I believe authentic food brings people together, and through handmade dough, fresh ingredients, and time-honored techniques, I get to share my love for cooking in a way people can truly enjoy.
